Chicken Preparation
Season the Chicken

Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked and blackened. Remove from heat and let rest.
Potato and Bacon Salad Preparation
Prepare Potatoes
Boil potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool before cutting into cubes.
Cook Bacon
In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Chop into small pieces.
Mix Salad
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bacon, green onions, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
