Prepare the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C). Rub the ribs with a dry rub of your choice. Wrap them in foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Cook the Pulled Pork

In a slow cooker, add the pulled pork with your favorite BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours or until it easily shreds with a fork.

Smoke the Turkey

If smoking, prepare your smoker with wood chips and smoke the turkey for about 4 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Plate the Meal

On a large platter, arrange the ribs, pulled pork, and smoked turkey. Serve with BBQ beans, potato salad, and cole slaw on the side. Add slices of bread, pickles, and a side of BBQ sauce for dipping.
