- 3
Combine Mixtures
Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- 4
Fold in Blueberries
Gently fold in the wild blueberries, being careful not to break them.
- 5
Cook Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.

Beat Cream Cheese
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
- 7
Add Sugar and Vanilla

- 8
Whip Heavy Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- 9
Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated and fluffy.
