Prepare the Fruits

Wash the orange, lemon, peach, and apple thoroughly. Slice the orange and lemon into thin rounds. Cut the peach and apple into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the Base Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the Shiraz wine, Giffard Peach Liqueur, and Don Q Limón Rum. Stir gently to mix the ingredients well.

Combine Ingredients

Add the prepared fruits (orange, lemon, peach, and apple) into the pitcher with the wine mixture. Stir gently to distribute the fruits evenly.

Add Sweetener

Pour in the simple syrup to the mixture, stirring to combine. Adjust sweetness to taste.

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serving

Serve the Sangria

Before serving, add the club soda to the pitcher and stir gently. Serve the sangria over ice in individual glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
