Burger Patty

Boneless Baby Back Ribs

Toppings

Method

Preparing the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Form the Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form an 8 oz patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Preparing the Ribs

  1. 3

    Cook the Ribs

In a separate pan, cook the boneless baby back ribs over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through. Brush with barbecue sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Cooking the Bacon and Egg

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet used for the burger, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 5

    Fry the Egg

In the remaining bacon grease, crack the egg and fry it until the white is set but the yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes.

Preparing the Fries

  1. 6

    Cook the Fries

Prepare the frozen french fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 7

    Build the Burger

On a toasted burger bun, layer the patty, followed by the ribs, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, onion jam, arugula, crispy onions, and the over-easy egg.

  2. 8

    Add Chipotle Aioli

Drizzle the chipotle aioli over the top of the burger.
