Prepare the Spinach
In a large pot, bring a small amount of water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and chop finely, then set aside.

Prepare the Artichokes
If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them. If using frozen, thaw and drain. Chop the artichokes into small pieces.

Mix the Base
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, gruyère cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix well until smooth.

Add Spinach and Artichokes
Fold the chopped spinach and artichokes into the cheese mixture. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake the Dip
Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips and fresh vegetable crudité for dipping.
