Main Ingredients

Method

Cooking the Lobster

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Fill a large pot with water, enough to fully submerge the lobster. Bring to a rolling boil.

  2. 2

    Cook the Lobster

Once the water is boiling, carefully add the lobster to the pot. Cover and cook for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster turns bright red.

  3. 3

    Remove the Lobster

Using tongs, carefully remove the lobster from the pot and place it on a cutting board. Let it cool for a few minutes before cracking the shell.

Cooking the Corn

  1. 4

    Prepare the Corn

Husk the sweet corn by removing the outer leaves and silk. Break the ears in half if they are too long for your pot.

  2. 5

    Boil the Corn

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the corn and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

  3. 6

    Remove and Serve

Using tongs, remove the corn from the pot and let it drain. You can serve it with butter, salt, and pepper.

Cooking the Fries

  1. 7

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen fries.

  2. 8

    Bake the Fries

Spread the frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for the recommended time until golden and crispy.

  3. 9

    Serve the Fries

Once cooked, remove the fries from the oven and season with salt to taste.

Preparing Drawn Butter

  1. 10

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Do not let it boil.

  2. 11

    Serve the Butter

Once melted, pour the butter into small bowls for serving alongside the lobster.
