Pasta Preparation

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt.

Cook Pasta
Add elbow macaroni to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

Drain Pasta
Drain the macaroni and set aside.
Cheese Sauce Preparation

Make Roux
Add the flour and whisk continuously for about 1-2 minutes to create a roux.

Add Milk
Gradually add the milk while continuing to whisk to avoid lumps. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Melt Cheeses
Reduce heat to low and stir in the Gruyère, Jack, Cheddar, Parmesan, and Blue cheese until melted and smooth.

Season Sauce
Season with black pepper to taste.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce in a large bowl, mixing well to ensure all pasta is coated.

If desired, transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for garnish.
