Method

Cooking the Bacon

  1. 1

    Crisping the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon slices. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until crispy. Once cooked, remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 2

    Preparing the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the bacon, reduce heat to low and add butter. Once melted, crack the eggs into the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 3

    Building the Double BEC

On the bottom half of the brioche bun, place one slice of cheddar cheese. Add two slices of crispy bacon, followed by the cooked eggs. Top with another slice of cheddar cheese and the remaining two slices of bacon. Finally, place the top half of the brioche bun to complete the sandwich.
