Cutting the Chicken

- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip into the flour, shaking off excess. Then, dip into the eggs, followed by coating with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well covered.
Frying the Chicken Tenders
- 4
Heating the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot, but not smoking.
- 5
Cooking the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6
Draining the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Making Buffalo Sauce (Optional)
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and then stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- 8
Mix Well
Continue stirring until the sauce is well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
Making Blue Cheese Dressing
- 9
Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- 10
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
