Bread Pudding Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Bread
Cut the stale bread into 1-inch cubes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture over the bread cubes. Gently stir until all the bread is soaked. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the soaked bread mixture into it evenly.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Brown Sugar Sauce Preparation

Cook Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and heavy cream. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Scoop the warm bread pudding into bowls. Top each serving with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and drizzle with the brown sugar sauce and caramel sauce to taste.
