Prepare Chicken Tenders

Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the bread crumbs.

Coat the Chicken
Take each chicken tender, dip it in the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with bread crumbs. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Chicken
Bake the chicken tenders in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare Buffalo Sauce

Add Buffalo Sauce
Once the chicken tenders are baked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the tenders and toss gently to coat.

While the chicken is baking, wash and cut the celery stalks into sticks. Set aside for serving.
Prepare Blue Cheese Dip

Make the Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
