Preparation of Pulled Pork

Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Ensure even coverage.

Cook the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add 1 cup of BBQ sauce on top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Mix the shredded pork with the remaining BBQ sauce in the cooker.
Assembling the Flatbread

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Flatbreads
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Add Pulled Pork
Spread a generous amount of the pulled pork mixture on each flatbread.

Add Cheese and Onions
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the pulled pork. Thinly slice the red onion and distribute it over the flatbreads.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
