Make the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the focaccia bread into small cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread the croutons on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Salad
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine the romaine and Caesar dressing, tossing gently to coat the leaves evenly.

Assemble the Salad
Once the croutons are cool, add them to the salad. Grate the Grana Padano cheese over the top and toss gently to combine.
