Cooking Pasta

1

Cook the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Seafood and Sauce

2

Sear the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add scallops and prawns; cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3

Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and peas. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half. Lower the heat and add heavy cream. Stir until combined and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

4

Combine Everything

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine, then add the seared seafood back into the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
