Preparing the Tea

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

  2. 2

    Brew Tea

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat. Add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves and let it steep for about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Strain Tea

After steeping, strain the tea into a large container or pitcher to remove the tea leaves.

  4. 4

    Sweeten Tea

While the tea is still warm, add 1 cup of sugar and stir until it completely dissolves.

Assembling the Drink

  1. 5

    Prepare Glasses

Fill two glasses with 1 cup of ice cubes each.

  2. 6

    Pour Tea

Pour the sweetened Thai tea over the ice, filling each glass about halfway.

  3. 7

    Add Milk

In each glass, add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of evaporated milk. Stir gently to combine.

  4. 8

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Thai iced tea!
