Mix the Soda Base
In a mixing glass, combine the Sprite and Strawberry Bursties. Stir well to mix the flavors together.

Prepare the Fruit Blend
In a separate bowl, combine the mango puree, guava puree, and ginger sweet & sour blend. Stir until smooth.

Layer the Fruit Blend
In a tall glass, layer the fruit blend at the bottom.

Add the Soda Base
Slowly pour the mixed soda over the fruit blend, allowing it to create a nice gradient effect.

Add Coconut Milk Topping
Top off the drink with unsweetened coconut milk by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon to create a float.
