Prepare the Salad Base

Chop Vegetables
Wash the romaine lettuce and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomatoes and set aside. Shred the cabbage and chop the green onions, separating the white and green parts.

Cook Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble into pieces.
Make Ranch Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Prepare Chicken Tenders

Bread Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Set aside on a plate.

Fry Chicken
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Assemble the Salad

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, tomatoes, cabbage, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and green onions. Toss to mix.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the house-made ranch dressing over the salad mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Top the salad with the crispy fried chicken tenders. Serve immediately and enjoy!
