Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Shrimp

In a skillet over medium heat, add the shrimp. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let them cool, then chop into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add Seasonings and Ingredients

Stir in the Cajun seasoning, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and cooked shrimp. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Chill the Dip

Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Focaccia Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Focaccia

Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat. Cut the focaccia bread into slices or quarters.

  2. 7

    Season the Bread

Brush each piece of focaccia with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped rosemary and sea salt.

  3. 8

    Grill the Focaccia

Place the focaccia on the grill or in the oven. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
