Combining Ingredients
Add the cooked shredded chicken, chicken broth, enchilada sauce, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

Bring the soup to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and let it cook for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Ladle the soup into bowls and top each serving with shredded cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
