Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Pat the sirloin steaks dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil on both sides of each steak. Season generously with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Garlic Butter Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh parsley.

  2. 4

    Finish the Steak

Once the steaks have rested, drizzle the garlic butter over the top of each steak before serving.

Loaded Mashed Potatoes Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the Potatoes

Peel and cut the russet potatoes into chunks. Place them in a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and return to pot.

  2. 6

    Mash the Potatoes

Add milk, sour cream, butter, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Fold in cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.

Seasonal Vegetables Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the asparagus and peel the carrots. Cut the carrots into sticks. Toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 8

    Cook the Vegetables

Grill the vegetables on the same grill for about 5-7 minutes until tender, turning occasionally.
