Seafood Steam Pot Recipe
Snow Crab clusters, peel and eat shrimp, little neck clams, smoked sausage, potatoes, and corn simmered in our seafood broth, dusted with Old Bay seasoning and served with melted butter and our house-made cocktail sauce

Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and scrub the little neck clams under cold water to remove any sand. Rinse the shrimp and set aside. Cut the smoked sausage into 1-inch pieces and set aside. Quarter the potatoes if they are large and halve the corn ears.

Add the Smoked Sausage
Add the smoked sausage pieces to the pot and continue to boil for another 5 minutes.

Add Seafood
Add the snow crab clusters, shrimp, and little neck clams to the pot. Sprinkle the Old Bay seasoning over the top. Cover and simmer for about 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and the clams have opened.

Add Corn
Finally, add the corn halves and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the corn is tender.
Serving

Serve the Seafood Steam Pot
Carefully remove the pot from heat. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the seafood, sausage, potatoes, and corn to a large serving platter. Drizzle melted butter over the top and serve with cocktail sauce on the side.
