Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Patties
In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Form the mixture into two equal patties, pressing a slight indentation in the center of each to help them cook evenly.
- 2
- 3
Grill the Burgers
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip. Place a slice of Monterey Jack cheese on each patty and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 4
Toast the Buns
While the burgers are cooking, split the brioche buns and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
Spread ranch dressing on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Layer with lettuce leaves, a cooked burger patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
