Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, and 6 oz of pineapple juice.

Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the blender with the other ingredients.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Prepare Glass
Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.

Garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
