Shrimp Preparation

1. Poach the Shrimp

In a large pot, combine the LandShark® Lager and Old Bay® seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.

2. Cook the Shrimp

Once boiling, add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

3. Drain and Chill

Remove the pot from heat, and drain the shrimp in a colander. Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Key Lime Cocktail Sauce Preparation

4. Mix Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine ketchup, fresh lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix well until fully blended.

5. Taste and Adjust

Taste the sauce and adjust salt or lime juice as necessary to your preference. Set aside.

Lava Lava Sauce Preparation

6. Combine Ingredients

In another small bowl, whisk together mayo, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth and well combined.

7. Taste and Adjust

Taste the lava lava sauce and adjust the level of heat by adding more sriracha if desired. Set aside.
