Juice Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the apples thoroughly under running water. Peel and core them, then chop them into smaller pieces.
- 2
Juicing the Apples
Place the chopped apples into a blender. Add 1 cup of water to help with blending. Blend on high until smooth.
- 3
Strain the Juice
Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the apple mixture into a large bowl or pitcher to separate the juice from the pulp. Use a spoon to press down on the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
- 4
Add Cranberry Juice
Pour in 2 cups of cranberry juice into the strained apple juice. Stir gently to combine.
- 5
Juice the Oranges
Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice. Add the orange juice to the mixture, stirring to combine.
- 6
Add Pineapple
In the blender, combine the pineapple chunks and blend until smooth. Strain if desired, then add to the juice mixture.
- 7
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the juice for at least 30 minutes to chill. Serve over ice cubes if desired.
