Marinate Salmon
Brush the salmon fillets generously with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

White Rice
- 4
Rinse Rice
Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- 5
Cook Rice
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water and 1 tsp of salt to a boil. Stir in the rinsed rice, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 7
Add Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, for about 3-4 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
