Method
Fish Tacos

Prepare the Fish
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Coat the Mahi Mahi fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Grill the Fish
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated Mahi Mahi fillets for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky.

Warm the Tortillas
While the fish is grilling, warm the corn tortillas on a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
Habanero Cream Sauce

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine sour cream, minced habanero pepper, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth. Adjust the salt to taste.
Guacamole

Prepare the Guacamole
In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados. Add lime juice, salt, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, and diced red onion. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Mango Pico de Gallo

Make the Pico de Gallo
In a bowl, combine diced mango, diced tomato, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Toss gently to mix.
