Prepare the Fish
Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Fish
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, blackening seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the fish fillets evenly.

Tartar Sauce

Make the Tartar Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickles, lemon juice, capers, and fresh dill. Stir until well mixed. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast the Buns
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a hot fish fillet. Top with tomato slices, pickle slices, and a generous amount of tartar sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun.
