Cookie Base

Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually blend the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Bake Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
Brownies

Prepare the Brownie Batter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in the granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine with Flour
Gradually stir in the all-purpose flour until just combined. Do not overmix.

Bake Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes. Let cool, then cut into squares.
Assembly

Layer the Treat
In a large serving bowl, layer the cookie base at the bottom, followed by the brownie squares.

Add Ice Cream and Toppings
Scoop the chocolate ice cream over the brownie layer. Chop the Kit Kat® bars and sprinkle them on top, followed by sprinkles and whipped cream.

Finish with Sauces
Drizzle chocolate and caramel sauce over the entire dessert to finish.
