Marinate the Steak

Prepare Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chipotle powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Marinate Steak
Add the steak tips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Prepare Black Beans
Rinse the canned black beans under cold water and heat them in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.

Roast Corn
If using fresh corn, roast it on a grill or in an oven until lightly charred, then cut off the kernels. If using canned or frozen corn, heat it in a small saucepan until heated through.

Sauté Vegetables
Dice the red bell pepper and onion. In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, about 5 minutes, then add the red bell pepper and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Assemble Bowl
In a serving bowl, layer the cooked white rice, black beans, roasted corn, sautéed red peppers and onions, sliced steak, guacamole, pico de gallo, and drizzle with sour cream. Serve immediately.
