Fish Preparation

Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Coat the fish fillets in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Fish

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Once hot, place the marinated fish fillets in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

House Salad

  1. 4

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.

  2. 5

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Mexican Salsa

  1. 7

    Prepare the Salsa

In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.

  2. 8

    Season the Salsa

Add lime juice and salt to the salsa mixture. Stir well to combine and let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
