Prepare the Burger Patties

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until evenly incorporated.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about ¾ inch thick.
Cook the Toppings

Cook the Burgers

Grill the Patties
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Havarti cheese on each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
Assemble the Burger

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked burger patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, a grilled pineapple ring, and two slices of bacon.

Add Sauces
Drizzle Caribbean jerk sauce over the toppings and spread chipotle pineapple aioli on the top half of the bun.

Top with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
