Prepare the Beef Patty
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 8 oz patties.

Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbly. Add flour, salt, olive oil, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake the Buns
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the risen dough, divide into 6 pieces, shape into buns, and place on a baking sheet. Let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare the Caesar Salad
Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add Caesar dressing and toss until well coated.

Assemble the Burger
Once the burger patties are cooked, place them on the bottom half of the bun. Top with Caesar salad, croutons, and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Cover with the top half of the bun.
