Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Bake the Chicken Wings
Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and garlic powder, whisking together until thoroughly combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the chicken wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss them until they are well coated.
