Prepare the Ahi Tuna
Dice the Ahi Tuna into small cubes and place in a bowl. Set aside.

Prepare the Avocado
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out. Cut into small cubes and set aside.

Chop Green Onions
Finely chop the green onions and set aside for garnish.
Assembly

Layer the Nachos
On a large platter, spread the tortilla chips evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.

Add Ahi Tuna
Evenly distribute the diced Ahi Tuna over the cheese-covered chips.

Add Avocado and Green Onions
Top the nachos with the diced avocado and chopped green onions.

Drizzle your choice of buffalo sauce, jerk sauce, or hot honey over the nachos. Adjust the amount to your taste.
