Preparing the Pork

Seasoning the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with taco seasoning ensuring it's evenly coated on all sides.

Adding Garlic and Broth
Minced the garlic cloves and add them to the pork. Pour the chicken broth and lime juice over the pork in a slow cooker.

Cooking the Pork
Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.

Shredding the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.
Assembling the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
In a skillet over medium heat, warm each corn tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Filling the Tacos
Place a generous amount of the shredded pork on each warm tortilla.

Toppings
Top with fresh cilantro, diced onion, sliced radishes, and avocado slices. Add a dollop of sour cream on top.

Serve the tacos immediately while warm with lime wedges on the side for extra flavor.
