Method

Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Seafood Stuffing

In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, bread crumbs, celery, onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

2

Stuff the Catfish

Lay the catfish fillets flat and spoon the seafood stuffing evenly on top of each fillet. Carefully fold the fillets over to encase the stuffing.

3

Batter the Catfish

Dredge the stuffed catfish fillets in all-purpose flour, ensuring they are well coated.

4

Cook the Catfish

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully add the stuffed catfish fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

5

Prepare the New Potatoes

Boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.

6

Serve the Dish

Place the stuffed catfish on a plate, drizzle with Alfredo sauce, and serve alongside the boiled new potatoes and your choice of vegetable.
