In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Base

Stir in the minced garlic and Creole seasoning. Cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add Garlic and Seasoning

Add the shrimp, scallops, crawfish, and krab meat to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp and scallops are opaque.

Add Seafood

Pour in the coconut milk, stirring well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes to meld the flavors.

Incorporate Coconut Milk

Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot over rice or pasta.
