    Make the Meatballs

    In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Cajun seasoning, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

    Form the Meatballs

    Roll the mixture into 1 oz meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

    Cook the Meatballs

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

    Prepare the Sauce

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.

    Stir in minced garlic, canned diced tomatoes, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in the Alfredo sauce.
