    Prepare the Crawfish

    Rinse the live crawfish thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt and impurities.

    Boil the Water

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

    Add Seasoning and Ingredients

    Add the crawfish boil seasoning, whole lemon (sliced), garlic cloves (smashed), and salt to the boiling water.

    Cook Potatoes and Sausage

    Add the potatoes and andouille sausage to the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes.

    Add Corn and Crawfish

    Add the corn on the cob and the rinsed crawfish to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the crawfish are bright red.

    Drain and Serve

    Turn off the heat and drain the pot. Serve the crawfish, potatoes, sausage, and corn on a large platter.
