Prepare the Rice
Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside and keep warm.

Cook the Tilapia
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the tilapia to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Prepare the Seafood
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Finally, stir in the krab meat and heat for an additional 2 minutes.

Assemble the Dish
On a plate, place a bed of rice. Lay the cooked tilapia on top, and generously spoon the garlic seafood mixture over the tilapia. Serve with your choice of vegetable on the side.
