Crawfish Fettuccine Recipe
No need to peel this crawfish, ’cause it’s just the tails swimming in a Parmesan cream sauce and plenty of pasta.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Combine Ingredients
Add the crawfish tails, Cajun seasoning, and chopped green onions to the sauce. Stir well and cook for 3-5 minutes until the crawfish are heated through.

Mix with Pasta
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss gently to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve warm, garnished with extra green onions or Parmesan cheese if desired.
