Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine beer, Worcestershire sauce, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribs

Place the pork ribs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Onions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and add them to the skillet with the sautéed onions. Sear the ribs on both sides for about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. 5

    Add Marinade and Simmer

Pour the reserved marinade over the ribs in the skillet. Bring to a simmer, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 1 hour, or until the ribs are tender and the flavors are well combined.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with the sautéed onions and sauce drizzled on top.
