Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the Andouille sausage into 1-inch thick rounds. Cut the green bell pepper and onion into 1-inch chunks.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Sausage

In a large bowl, combine the sliced Andouille sausage, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat the sausage evenly and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Kabobs

Thread the marinated sausage, green bell pepper chunks, and onion bites onto the skewers, alternating between sausage and vegetables.

  4. 4

    Grill the Kabobs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausage is heated through and the vegetables are slightly charred.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Andouille Kabobs warm!
