Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the pork ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover tightly with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.

  4. 4

    Add BBQ Sauce

After 2.5 hours, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully uncover them. Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.

  5. 5

    Finish Cooking

Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 20-30 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
