Shrimp Preparation

Season the Shrimp
In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the shrimp are fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and blackened. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare Lime Crema
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Stir until smooth and set aside.
Chipotle Aioli

Make Chipotle Aioli
In another small bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped chipotle in adobo, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Assembling Tacos

Warm Tortillas
Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
Place a generous portion of shredded cabbage on each tortilla, followed by blackened shrimp, pineapple pico de gallo, a drizzle of lime crema, and a drizzle of chipotle aioli. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side.
