Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Rinse the salmon filet under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. If desired, remove the skin.

Grilling Directions

  1. 2

    Season the Salmon

Drizzle olive oil over the salmon filet. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, rubbing them into the flesh.

  2. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the salmon on the grill skin side down and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Raspberry Glaze Directions

  1. 4

    Prepare the Raspberry Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine fresh raspberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat, mashing the raspberries until they form a sauce, about 5 minutes.

  2. 5

    Glaze the Salmon

Once the salmon is grilled, brush the raspberry glaze over the top of the salmon and allow it to cook for an additional minute.

Honey-Pepper Glaze Directions

  1. 6

    Prepare the Honey-Pepper Glaze

In a small bowl, mix honey, ground black pepper, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.

  2. 7

    Glaze the Salmon

Once the salmon is grilled, brush the honey-pepper glaze over the top of the salmon and allow it to cook for an additional minute.
