Pork Chop

Method

Pork Chop Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Pork Chop

Rub the bone-in pork chop with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh thyme. Make sure to coat both sides evenly.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F to 450°F).

  3. 3

    Grill the Pork Chop

Place the seasoned pork chop on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Peach Pepper Chutney Preparation

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine the diced peaches, red bell pepper, red onion, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, and water.

  2. 5

    Cook the Chutney

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chutney thickens.

  3. 6

    Cool and Serve

Once the chutney has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly before serving. It can be served warm or at room temperature.
