Boil the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside. Reserve a little pasta water for later use.

Season the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let rest.

Once rested, slice the grilled chicken into strips.

Once butter is melted, add the heavy cream and minced garlic cloves. Stir well.

Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.

Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the sauce, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained fettuccine pasta with the Alfredo sauce, mixing until the pasta is well coated.

Gently toss in the sliced grilled chicken into the pasta and sauce mixture.

Serve the Chicken Alfredo hot, garnished with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
